How much will shipping cost?
At the time of your order you'll pay shipping for both our shipment to you and
your shipment back to us. We include a prepaid shipping label to return
your order. A calculator will appear above after filling your
cart for an exact quote. See our FAQ
for more details.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders placed before noon Eastern usually ship the same day, but we
recommend allowing an extra day to account for irregularities, followed by
2-3 additional days (excluding Sundays and holidays) for USPS
Priority shipments or 1-2 additional days (excluding Sundays
and holidays) for USPS Express shipments.

Do you offer insurance? What happens if a lens is damaged?
Both the inbound and outbound shipments are automatically insured for loss and
damage, and we offer an optional damage waiver program that limits your
liability for damage to a maximum of $30while the item is in your
possession.
